About ScandiVan
ScandiVan started with a simple idea: a campervan should be more than a vehicle with a bed inside. It should be a place where you feel at home, even when you are hundreds of kilometres away from it.
I discovered van life through travelling and quickly realised why people become addicted to it. The freedom to wake up somewhere new, change your plans whenever you want and carry your home with you is something difficult to explain until you experience it yourself.
Together with my fluffy co-pilot Sam, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel, I have explored this way of travelling and learned what actually matters in a camper. Not just how it looks in photos, but how it feels after a week on the road, in bad weather and far from a campsite.
That experience became the foundation of ScandiVan.
We build campervans because we believe the best conversions are not about adding the most expensive equipment or creating something impressive for a showroom. They are about making hundreds of small decisions work together: the layout, insulation, heating, water, electrical system and furniture.
Over time, ScandiVan has grown beyond individual builds. We are building a wider community around the same idea: making camper travel easier and helping more people discover this way of living and travelling.
This includes custom camper conversions, camper rentals and projects like Gorendi, which connects travellers with camper owners and helps more people start their own adventures.
We are based in Estonia, but the idea has never been limited by borders. People everywhere want the same thing: more freedom, more adventures and more time spent outside the usual routine.
