Campervan Build Consultation

The most expensive mistakes in a campervan conversion are often made before anything is installed: choosing the wrong van, creating a layout that does not work in daily use, or designing an electrical system that cannot handle what you actually need.

A consultation is a one hour session with someone who builds campervans and has real experience travelling in one. Bring your plans, questions or even just an idea, and leave knowing what to do next.

€40/ hour

When a Consultation Makes Sense

01

You are choosing a van

You have not bought anything yet and want to avoid paying for the wrong base vehicle. We go through size, roof height, wheelbase, condition and what your plans actually require.

02

You are building it yourself

You are doing the work but want a second opinion before you commit. Layout, electrical sizing, insulation approach, materials and the order to do things in.

03

You are stuck halfway

The build has stalled, something does not fit, or the electrical plan no longer adds up. We look at what you have and find the practical way forward.

What we can cover

You set the agenda. These are the topics that come up most often.

Why This Consultation Is Different

Most advice about campervan conversions comes from forums, YouTube videos or people who have only built one van.

My advice comes from designing campervans, solving real customer projects and travelling in a campervan myself. That means I know which ideas look good on paper, which ones actually work on the road and which mistakes become expensive to fix later.

The goal is not to sell you more equipment. It is to help you make better decisions before you spend your money.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a consultation?+

Consultations are booked by the hour. Most projects can be discussed within one or two hours, depending on how much you want to cover. You only pay for the time you use.

Can we meet in person?+

Yes. In person consultations take place in Tallinn, Estonia.

If you already have a van, you can bring it with you and we can look at it together. In many cases, seeing the actual vehicle is much more useful than discussing everything in theory.

Do you consult customers outside Estonia?+

Yes. Most consultations are done online with customers from different countries across Europe.

We simply agree on a time that works for both sides.

I have not bought a van yet. Is it too early?+

Actually, this is the best time to talk.

Choosing the wrong base vehicle can become one of the most expensive mistakes in the whole project, and it is also one of the easiest mistakes to avoid with proper planning.

Do I get anything in writing?+

Yes. After the consultation, you receive a written summary with the recommendations, decisions and calculations we discussed, so you have a clear plan to continue with.

Can the consultation fee be applied towards a build?+

If you decide to continue with a full campervan build or installation with us, let us know when booking the consultation.

We can discuss how the consultation fits into the next stage of your project.

Not sure where to start?

That is exactly what the consultation is for. One hour, honest answers, and a clear plan for what to do next.
