The final cost depends on the size of the van, the level of off grid capability you need, the systems you choose, the complexity of the furniture and the materials used throughout the build.

Size of the Base Vehicle
A Caddy and an L4H3 Sprinter are completely different projects. The amount of insulation, wall panels, furniture, wiring and installation work changes significantly with the size of the van.
Level of Off Grid Capability
Battery capacity, solar power, inverter size and charging systems are often the biggest factors affecting the total cost. The more independent you want to be, the more advanced the system needs to be.
Furniture Complexity
Simple straight-line furniture is very different from custom curved designs, solid wood details, special fittings and hidden storage solutions.
Heating System
The choice between diesel and gas heating, as well as how much of the vehicle needs to stay warm in winter, affects the final solution.
Materials and Finish
Materials such as plywood, worktops, upholstery and fittings can significantly change the final result. The same layout can be built with different levels of finish and budget.
Project Schedule
Some parts of the build are completed with trusted partner workshops. Their availability can affect the timeline, so we plan this into the project schedule from the beginning.
Every system below can also be installed as a standalone service. In a full build, everything is planned together from the first sketch, so the electrical, water, heating, furniture and layout all work as one complete system.

We start by understanding how you travel, how many people will use the van, which seasons you plan to travel in and what your budget looks like. This is where the most important decisions are made.
We create a layout and system plan, then prepare the quote. You can see what each part of the project costs and adjust the specification before work begins.
You bring the van to our workshop. If you have not chosen a base vehicle yet, we recommend talking to us first. Choosing the wrong length or roof height is one of the most expensive mistakes because it cannot be changed later.
The first physical steps are stripping the van, preparing the surfaces, insulation and soundproofing.
Electrical, water and heating systems are installed while the walls are still open. Everything is planned and routed properly so future maintenance can be done without taking the camper apart.
Wall panels, ceiling, furniture, upholstery, windows and hatches are installed. This is the stage where the project starts becoming the campervan you imagined.

Building the campervan is only part of the project. After the conversion is finished, we help you through the registration process and prepare the documentation needed to register the vehicle as a motorhome in Estonia.
We know what the inspection process requires, which details need to be documented and how the build should be planned from the beginning to avoid problems later.
This matters more than many people expect. A vehicle registered as a motorhome can have different requirements for inspection, insurance and, depending on the country, road tolls or ferry pricing.
We plan the conversion with registration in mind from the start.

A campervan build is a large project, so we structure payments in stages rather than asking for the full amount upfront.
The project is usually divided into four or five instalments. The first payment is a deposit based on the agreed project budget, and each following payment is due only after the previous stage has been completed and shown to you.
If you are not in Tallinn, you still see the progress through photos and videos of your actual van, not just a general update.
Before any work begins, we sign a detailed contract listing each part of the project separately. This keeps everything clear for both sides: what is included, what each part costs and what has already been paid.

Many of our customers come from outside Estonia. People travel to us from Germany, Poland and other European countries, and we have also worked with customers from outside Europe.
Because of this, we plan the project around your schedule. The layout, systems and main decisions are agreed remotely before the van arrives, so workshop time is spent building instead of making basic decisions.

A compact van build starts from €2,000 and includes a bed, a practical electrical system, running water and a small kitchen.
A full L3H2 campervan with complete furniture and systems costs considerably more and is always quoted individually. The final price depends on battery capacity, heating, materials, furniture complexity and the level of finish.
A compact van conversion starts from two weeks.
A typical L3 or L4 high roof campervan takes around six weeks. Large and technically complex builds can take up to six months.

Yes. We support the registration process for Estonian registered vehicles, including preparing the build and documentation needed for inspection.
For vehicles registered in other countries, we can provide guidance, but the registration process must be completed according to the rules of that country.

Yes. We take over unfinished builds, upgrade existing campervans and install individual systems into vans that are already partly converted.
Before preparing a quote, we inspect what is already installed, especially the electrical system, to understand what can be reused and what needs improvement. This allows us to plan the next steps properly and avoid unnecessary work.
